Role: SAP CRM Service Consultant
Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune (Onsite / Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP CRM – Service solutions
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Support integration with ECC, middleware, and third-party systems
Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and solution quality
Handle incident management, enhancements,



and continuous improvements
Conduct testing, training, and documentation for service processes
Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.

Requirements:
8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM with strong focus on the Service module
Experience in configuring and supporting service contracts, service orders, service requests, and related objects
Integration knowledge with ECC, SD, and middleware systems
Strong understanding of business processes in high-tech manufacturing or similar industries
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced workplace.
