Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator role based in Vadodara. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing order processing, preparing quotations, maintaining sales records, and tracking deliveries. The role involves coordinating with internal departments such as production, logistics, and accounts to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and accurate documentation. The individual will communicate regularly with customers to handle inquiries, follow up on orders and payments,
and address basic service issues. The Sales Coordinator will also assist in creating sales reports, monitoring key performance metrics, and supporting the implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills to manage orders, documentation, and cross-functional communication effectively.
