Your activities

Drive order intake, revenue, and margin growth for WIKA portfolio (force/weighing technology, pressure, temperature, level, flow, calibration solutions) within the Mobile Working Machines segment in North India.
Manage and expand key accounts
Develop strong specification positioning of WIKA products at early project stages.
Identify and convert project opportunities from RFQ stage through order finalization.
Coordinate closely with internal teams to deliver technically compliant and competitive offers.
Lead commercial negotiations while protecting pricing, margins, and contractual terms.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM updates for management reviews.
Provide market intelligence on customer preferences, competitor activity, and emerging instrumentation requirements.
Ensure customer satisfaction through smooth handover, order execution support, and timely issue resolution.
Manage and grow strategic relationships with major key accounts, including end users, consultants, and OEMs.Act as the primary commercial contact for assigned key accounts,



ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Preferably In Electronics & Instrumentation & Electrical Engineering.
4-7 years of sales experience Preferably in Mobile Working Machines industry or Force/Weighing Technology, with a significant portion in handling end user /Major KAM.
Experience in sales or business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
