Develop and execute a comprehensive annual event calendar aligned with business objectives, target industries, and market
expansion goals
Plan, coordinate, and execute participation in industry trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, customer workshops, and
product launches
Manage end-to-end event logistics including booth design and fabrication, venue coordination, registration, in office execution,
and post-event wrap-up
Coordinate pre-event marketing activities including invitations, teaser campaigns, social media promotions, and media outreach
Conduct post-event analysis including lead tracking, ROI measurement, attendee engagement reports, and insights for future
events
Manage event budgets, negotiate with event organizers and venues, and ensure cost-effective execution
Build and maintain relationships with event organizers, industry associations, media partners, and key stakeholders
Coordinate executive participation including travel, accommodation, speaking slots, and VIP customer meetings during events




Ensure brand consistency and visibility across all event touchpoints
Stay updated on industry event trends, competitor participation, and emerging event formats
Vendor Coordination
Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for event management, booth fabrication, printing, branding, digital marketing, PR, and
other marketing services
Negotiate contracts, pricing, service-level agreements (SLAs), and delivery timelines with vendors
Manage vendor relationships including regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and corrective action plans
Coordinate with multiple vendors simultaneously to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and events
Develop and maintain a vendor database with performance metrics, contact information, and rate cards
Ensure all vendor deliverables meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and project specifications
Manage vendor payments, purchase orders, and financial documentation in co
