Role Description The Reservation Executive is a full time, on-site role based at Hilton Gurugram Baani City Centre in Gurugram.



This role is responsible for handling individual and group reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, ensuring accurate bookings and prompt responses. Day-to-day tasks include managing room availability in the system, processing modifications and cancellations, confirming rates and packages, and coordinating special requests with front office and other departments. The Reservation Executive maintains high standards of guest service by providing clear information on hotel facilities, promotions, and policies, and by optimizing occupancy and revenue through effective upselling. The role also involves maintaining detailed records, preparing basic reservation reports, and adhering to brand and operational procedures.
