Role Overview

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to accelerate our growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing high-value business opportunities. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, forging strategic partnerships, and contributing directly to our revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential customers through targeted campaigns and outreach strategies.
Client Engagement:



Conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, and stakeholder negotiations to convert leads into clients.
Market Research & Strategy: Analyze industry trends, customer pain points, and competitors to shape and adapt go-to-market strategies.
Sales Pipeline Ownership: Build and manage a structured sales pipeline, tracking each stage from lead to closure.
Partnership Development: Explore and develop collaborations with ecosystem partners that align with AiSensy's vision.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor junior sales professionals, fostering a high-performance, goal-oriented culture.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth handovers.
