Role : Senior Manager/Manager - Sales (managed office & coworking spaces) Candidates from IPCs preferred (JLL, Cush &Wakefield;, Knight Frank, CBRE, Colliers Etc)

Location - Pune

Notice Period - Immediate Joiners or 30 days max

Work Days - Monday to Saturday (2 & 4 Saturday off), 9.30 am to 6.30 pm , work from office

Reporting to GM/VP Sales

Knowledge of Local coworking space and managed office market experince is a MUST, Should have good connects with IPCs and Commercial brokers locally.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end sales activities for managed office spaces, coworking, and flexible workspace solutions in Pune.
Identify, engage, and close enterprise corporate clients, including SMEs, large corporations, and multinational companies.
Build a robust sales pipeline through direct outreach, referrals, partnerships, and channel networks.
Conduct market research and territory mapping to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
Prepare compelling presentations, proposals, commercial quotations, and negotiate pricing and terms.




Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, revenue, and occupancy targets.
Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, HR, Admin, Real Estate procurement teams).
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, legal, facilities) to ensure seamless delivery and client onboarding.
Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast sales, and prepare management reports.
Mentor and support sales associates or junior sales staff (if applicable).

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong consultative corporate sales capabilities with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Good understanding of commercial real estate, managed office spaces, and versatile workspace solutions.
Ability to build and sustain client relationships and networks in Hyderabad/Bangalore's corporate ecosystem.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
