Role Description The Senior Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of Government real estate projects in a full-time, on-site capacity. Responsibilities include planning project scope and timelines, managing budgets, coordinating with clients, contractors, and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role involves overseeing expediting activities,



monitoring logistics and material flow, supervising inspections, and mitigating risks to keep projects on schedule and within budget. The Senior Project Manager will also guide project teams, prepare reports for senior leadership, and implement best practices in project management to drive consistent, high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong project management skills, including Project Management experience and the ability to oversee complex construction timelines and deliverables.
