We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern – Venue Pricing & Availability to support our Venue Category team in maintaining accurate venue data, coordinating with venue partners, and ensuring operational excellence.
Role Objective
The Operations Intern will support the Venue Category team by collecting, verifying, and updating venue pricing, availability, and catalogue information. The role involves coordinating with venue partners, creating Vendor IDs, maintaining operational data, and collaborating with the Product, Technology, Sales, and Quality teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date venue information.




Key Responsibilities
Venue Pricing & Availability
Verify venue pricing, packages, and availability through outbound calls.
Collect details related to room inventory, venue capacity, amenities, policies, and seasonal pricing.
Update pricing and availability trackers with accurate information.
Collect supporting documents such as brochures, menus, quotations, images, and videos.
Venue Catalogue & Data Management
Maintain accurate venue catalogue and operational data.
Create Vendor IDs for newly onboarded venues.
Perform regular data updates, audits, and corrections.
Ensure data completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
Vendor & Team Coordination
Coordinate with venue partners for pending information and follow-ups.
Work closely with Operations, Sales, Product, Technology, Customer Experience, and Quality teams.
Raise requests for website updates, pricing corrections, and tech sheet change
