Role Description This full time, on-site Front Office Associate role is based at our Aurangabad property. The Front Office Associate will welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out processes, and handle room reservations with accuracy and efficiency. Daily responsibilities include responding to guest inquiries, managing phone calls, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, and maintaining updated records in the front office systems.



The role involves resolving guest concerns promptly, providing local information and assistance, and ensuring the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times.
Qualifications

Strong customer service skills with experience in guest-facing or hospitality roles.
Proficiency in receptionist duties, including managing check-in and check-out and handling reservations.
Professional phone etiquette and the ability to manage multiple calls efficiently.
Clear and courteous communication skills, both spoken and written.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel management or reservation systems (preferred).
Ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
Attention to detail, reliability, and a calm, solution-oriented approach to guest issues.
Prior experience in front office operations or hospitality education/diploma is an advantage.
