Role Description This is a full-time Co-founder with Investment role based in Mumbai, with a hybrid work model that allows some work-from-home flexibility.



The Co-founder will collaborate on defining business strategy, shaping the service portfolio, and driving growth initiatives across digital marketing, technology, and automation solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating market opportunities, leading business development and key client relationships, and overseeing sales and marketing activities to ensure measurable outcomes. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design scalable growth systems, optimize performance campaigns, and refine the company’s value proposition. The Co-founder will also contribute capital, participate in high-level decision-making, and help build a strong, future-ready organization culture.
