Role Description The Commi 1 Pan Asian role is a full-time, on-site position based in Navsari. The individual in this role prepares and cooks Pan Asian dishes according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines, ensuring flavor, portion, and quality are maintained. Daily responsibilities include assisting senior chefs, organizing mise en place, operating kitchen equipment, and maintaining high hygiene and safety standards. The Commi 1 Pan Asian also supports inventory checks,



proper storage of ingredients, and coordination with service staff to ensure timely order execution. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment, following kitchen procedures, and contributing to a positive, respectful team culture.
Qualifications

Strong culinary skills in Pan Asian cuisine, including basic cooking techniques and recipe execution.
Experience in food preparation and handling, with a focus on consistency and quality.
Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety practices, and cleanliness standards.
Effective communication skills to coordinate with kitchen and service teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen with attention to detail.
Prior experience in a professional kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred.
