? Experience: 2–5 years
? Key Responsibilities
• Manage and strengthen key client relationships
• Lead and mentor the client servicing team
• Oversee event planning, execution, and delivery
• Drive upselling, cross-selling, and client retention
• Support business development and revenue growth
• Manage project budgets, financials, and profitability
• Handle client negotiations and contracts
• Ensure quality control and timely issue resolution
• Prepare performance, financial,
and client feedback reports
