What You'll Do
Own end-to-end captain operational processes for the Hyderabad market, driving efficiency across delivery captain workflows
Identify and solve operational problems in a structured, first-principles way
Build and iterate on processes from scratch — comfort with 0→1 problem solving is essential
Spend meaningful time on the ground to gather direct feedback from captains
Monitor market dynamics and competition, and translate observations into actionable decisions
Use data to surface insights, track KPIs, and flag anomalies before they become problems
What We're Looking For
2–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a fast-paced startup environment
Strong bias for action with structured thinking — you move quick but don't cut corners on clarity
Comfortable owning manual process flows and building SOPs where none exist
Data-driven mindset; can independently pull, analyse, and present data without always needing support
Fluent in Telugu or Hindi (preferred for local stakeholder management)
Skills
Proficiency in Excel and SQL for self-serve analysis
Strong communicator and team-oriented team player
Ground-up problem solver with an ownership mentality
