Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tendering Specialist role based in Mumbai.



The Tendering Specialist will manage the end-to-end tender process, including identifying relevant tender opportunities, analyzing tender documents, and coordinating with internal teams for technical and commercial inputs. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing proposals, compiling cost estimates, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and submitting accurate and timely bids. The role involves close collaboration with procurement, sales, and finance teams, maintaining tender records and documentation, and tracking tender outcomes to support continuous improvement. The Tendering Specialist will also assist in developing tender strategies, maintaining robust communication with clients and vendors, and supporting contract handover to execution teams.
