Own end-to-end hiring across creative, growth, brand & startup roles
Partner directly with founders to define ideal candidate personas
Source creatively (LinkedIn, Behance, Instagram, Dribbble, referrals, communities)
Evaluate portfolios, storytelling ability & cultural alignment
Build a strong employer brand for Earthful

Skill Set
1+ year experience in full-cycle recruitment (agency/startup preferred)
Experience hiring for creative or marketing roles
Strong sourcing capability (LinkedIn, Naukri, Behance, etc.)
Ability to assess creative quality & cultural fit
High ownership mindset
Comfortable working directly with founders
Thrives in rapid-paced startup environments
