Job Description
Role overview:
We are looking for a seasoned finance controlling leader to own and steer HR and Central
Platform Opex Controlling globally, with a particular focus on our Tech and Product
organizations. Based in our Mumbai hub, you will operate as a key member of the
extended leadership team,



working closely with senior stakeholders in France and India
while leading a four‑person team split across both countries.
The role spans all people‑related and central platform operating expenses, with a transparent
center of gravity on technical and platform controlling (product and operations, tech
investments, and cloud platforms), which account for the majority of our central platform
spend.
You will be the primary finance partner to Tech, Product, and HR leadership on all HR
and central platform Opex topics – shaping investment decisions, challenging
assumptions, and providing clear, data‑driven recommendations that influence the
company’s strategic roadmap.
Key responsibilities
Own end to end HR and central platform Opex controlling for: people costs,
external workforce, cloud and infrastructure, and other central operating
expenses.
Lead the annual budget, forecasts, and multiyear plans for this perim
