Position Overview
The Assistant Manager – MIS will lead advanced MIS reporting, data management, and analytics to generate actionable insights that support organizational planning and decision-making. The role requires solid analytical capability, hands-on expertise in data tools, and the ability to work closely with program and functional teams to strengthen data quality, reporting systems, and governance.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain MIS dashboards and automated reports using Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of all MIS reports across programs and functions.
Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic and operational decisions.
Generate predictive and diagnostic insights to support business planning and performance improvement.




Coordinate with program and functional teams to collect data and enhance reporting structures aligned with organizational goals.
Strengthen data governance practices, including data validation, cleaning, reconciliation, and compliance with SOPs.
Support continuous improvement of MIS systems, tools, and reporting workflows.

Technical & Functional Skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, Power Query, dashboards).
Strong experience with Power BI or equivalent data visualization tools.
Working knowledge of SQL Server and database querying.
Familiarity with ETL processes, Power Query, and data integration workflows.
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Forms.
Strong command of English (reading, writing, speaking) and working knowledge of Hindi (speaking).

Qualifications & Experience
Postgraduate degree in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Technical certifications in MS Office, SQL, Power BI, or related tools are preferred.
