Project-based, full time, through the construction and commissioning phase to handover.
1. Role Purpose
The Site / Construction Manager is responsible for the safe, on-time and high-quality installation and construction of the furnace package at the Ma’aden project site in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia — and, critically, for the construction planning that comes before site work begins.
The role is deliberately engaged early. Well ahead of mobilisation,



the Site / Construction Manager develops the construction pre-planning deliverables that the client and EPCM need aligned — installation plans and manuals, lifting plans, risk assessments and method statements (RAMS), and laydown / site logistics sizing. Securing client and EPCM agreement on these up front de-risks the build and avoids costly rework of the installation approach later.
The role then transitions to the project site for the traditional construction management role: leading installation supervision, coordinating subcontractors, managing the multi-contractor site interfaces, driving the works through mechanical completion into commissioning, and owning site HSE and quality on the ground — all while protecting the schedule and G&P;’s reputation on a high-visibility KSA project.
