GENERAL FUNCTION
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Contentful CMS and modern front-end technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable content architectures, developing content-driven web applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences. Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and modern JavaScript frameworks is essential.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, and maintain Contentful content models, content types, taxonomies, and editorial workflows.
Define and implement scalable Content Architecture and governance standards within Contentful.
Integrate Contentful APIs with front-end applications and enterprise systems.
Develop responsive and performant user interfaces using React, Next.js, Angular, and TypeScript.
Collaborate with UX designers, content authors, and business stakeholders to deliver content-driven experiences.
Build reusable front-end components and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and release management.
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical mentoring.
Support cloud-native application deployment and monitoring within AWS environments.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Contentful CMS
5+ years of experience working with Contentful or similar Headless CMS platforms.
