Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Manager role located in Tiruppur. The Production Manager oversees end-to-end garment production, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring daily operations to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets. Responsibilities include coordinating with design, merchandising, procurement, and quality teams; managing factory floor activities; and ensuring that knitting, weaving, cutting, sewing,



and finishing processes run efficiently. The role involves tracking production metrics, resolving bottlenecks, optimizing resource utilization, and enforcing safety and compliance standards. The Production Manager also leads and develops production staff, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and maintains clear communication with management on order status and operational performance.
Qualifications

Experience in production planning and control, including scheduling, capacity management, and workflow optimization in garment manufacturing.
Strong skills in factory floor management, team leadership, and staff supervision, with the ability to motivate diverse production teams.
Knowledge of knitted and woven garment manufacturing processes, including cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing, as well as basic machinery operations.
Competence in quality assurance and quality control, with familiarity in inspection
