Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test scenarios, report findings, and support issue resolution based on test results.
Identify repetitive testing jobs and automate them to improve coverage and efficiency.
Develop and maintain automation frameworks and reusable test components.
Apply verification and validation processes and standards across the testing lifecycle.
Contribute to continuous improvement using Return on Experience (RoE) and process enhancements.
Skills Required:
8 - 10 years of experience in testing complex software/systems
Robot Framework for building and maintaining automated test suites.
Automation testing experience with robust verification/validation practices.
Python for test automation development and scripting.
GitLab usage for CI workflows and test automation integration.
Good to Have:
Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes for testing in containerized environments.
Education: B.Tech or B.Tech M.Tech (Dual)
