Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an MEP Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineer) based in Goregaon. The MEP Engineer will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and coordinating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for residential and commercial real estate projects. MEP Execution, Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing drawings, specifications,



and calculations; coordinating with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and vendors; and ensuring MEP designs meet safety, efficiency, and regulatory requirements. The role involves site inspections, monitoring installation quality, resolving technical issues, and supporting project managers with timelines, cost control, and compliance with local codes and standards. The MEP Engineer will also contribute to value engineering, adoption of new technologies, and continuous improvement of building services solutions.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering skills, including experience with integrated building services design.
Candidates should possess MEP Coordination capabilities, including clash detection, interdisciplinary coordination, and collaboration with design and construction teams.
