Marketing Associate

Real estate is one of India’s biggest industries. Its marketing should be just as sophisticated. It often isn’t.
Wolf Media exists to change that. We are a growth-focused marketing company that has driven over â‚ą12,000 Cr in sales across residential, commercial, industrial and emerging asset classes.
We work with developers and channel partners across the entire growth journey, from building the brand to generating demand, managing the marketing pipeline and driving closures.
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will sit right in the middle of that engine.
You will be responsible for turning strategy into campaigns, campaigns into leads, and data into better decisions.
You will work on performance marketing, analytics, lead generation and campaign strategy, while working closely with sales and creative teams to make sure marketing is actually moving the business forward.
This is not a role where you launch ads and send a monthly report.

Qualifications




Candidates should possess strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, including campaign planning, channel selection, and performance-focused execution.
Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, with experience managing paid and organic social campaigns and community engagement.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, with the ability to design, test, and optimize funnels that drive qualified inquiries and conversions.
Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills, including using tools such as Google Analytics and ad platform dashboards to track, interpret, and act on data.
Experience with SEO/SEM, marketing automation, CRM tools, and A/B testing is highly beneficial.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a rapid-paced environment.
