Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions
✅ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
✅ Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities
✅ Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance requirements
✅ Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
✅ Monitor cash flow and financial planning activities
✅ Prepare MIS reports and management reports
✅ Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions
✅ Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation




✅ Process payroll and employee reimbursements
✅ Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives
✅ Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

Requirements:

✔ B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter or equivalent qualification
✔ 5–10 years of accounting and finance experience
✔ Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance
✔ Proficiency in Tally, ERP Software, and MS Excel
✔ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Robust communication and organizational abilities
