✅Education: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
✅Core Skills: Load capacity calculations (ISO/DIN), casting part design & optimization, prototype testing, localization & VA/VE.
✅Software/Tools: Hands-on expertise in Romax or KISSsoft, ANSYS, Siemens NX (Unigraphics), and PLM/ERP (SAP/Teamcenter).
✅Communication: Exceptional English skills for daily coordination with global cross-functional teams. ✅Logistics: 100% strictly Work-from-Office model located in Pune.

➡️Position Overview Drive gearbox design and drafting from concept layout to SOP within a global electro-mechanics engineering framework. Proactively identify technical risks, optimize components, and deliver high-performance mechanical design outputs adhering to strict program timelines.





?Core Responsibilities
✔️Gearbox Design: Create specification drawings, 3D CAD models, and BOMs for gearbox components and geared motors using Siemens NX.
✔️Load & Structural Analysis: Perform load capacity calculations per ISO/DIN norms and execution of simulation workflows in Romax, KISSsoft, or ANSYS.
✔️Part Optimization: Execute design, optimization, and validation of casting parts alongside VA/VE and localization initiatives.
✔️Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, review supplier technical documentation, and support prototype testing.
✔️Data Management: Manage design deliverables, codes, and lifecycle data within SAP and Teamcenter systems.
