Role Description The Head of Digital is a full time, on-site role based in Pune Division, responsible for leading VORD’s digital strategy and execution across B2B and SaaS clients. This role oversees end-to-end digital initiatives, including planning and implementing multi-channel campaigns, optimizing the digital customer journey,



and ensuring that marketing activities are tightly integrated with sales objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining digital transformation roadmaps, managing complex projects, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver measurable growth outcomes. The Head of Digital will monitor performance through web analytics, refine strategies based on data, and guide the team in adopting best practices and innovative digital solutions. This role also involves stakeholder management, mentoring team members, and contributing to VORD’s overall vision for digital excellence.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Digital Strategy and Digital Transformation, with a track record of driving measurable growth for B2B or SaaS organizations.
Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and delivery of complex digital initiatives.
