Experience: 6–10 years total, with a minimum of 3–4 years directly owning a customer funnel or growth metric — not just executing campaigns or producing analysis for someone else to act on.

About the Role
This role owns growth across the business — from first touch through conversion to retention. The person in this seat pulls their own data, finds where the funnel is leaking, and works directly with marketing, engineering, product, and support to fix it. This is not a reporting or dashboard role — it's an ownership role where the person is accountable for the outcome, not just the analysis.

What This Person Will Do
Independently query and analyze raw data (SQL required; Python/dashboarding tools a strong plus) to find where users drop off in the funnel
Segment customers to understand why some convert better than others and which acquisition channels drive the highest lifetime value
Design, prioritize, and run experiments (A/B tests, funnel changes, retention initiatives) — and measure their actual busines
