Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth for Gastroenterology and Endoscopy medical devices within the assigned territory.
Develop and manage distributor/channel partner networks.
Build strong relationships with Gastroenterologists, GI Surgeons, KOLs, hospital procurement teams, and healthcare professionals.
Identify new business opportunities and increase product penetration across hospitals and healthcare institutions.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and develop effective sales strategies.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts,



and CRM updates.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
3–8 years of experience in Medical Device Sales, Hospital Sales, or Channel Sales.
Experience in Gastroenterology, Endoscopy, Surgical Devices, Interventional Devices, or Hospital Equipment is highly preferred.
Strong experience in hospital account management, distributor management, and business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
