Platform Site Reliability Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Platform Site Reliability Engineer to manage and optimize production-scale cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, and platform reliability in a regulated workplace. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), automation, performance tuning, monitoring, and cloud-native technologies. Experience supporting AI/LLM-based platforms and agentic services is highly preferred.

Responsibilities




Own the reliability, availability, and performance of production cloud platforms and Kubernetes environments.
Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure and EKS clusters in production.
Perform cluster sizing, resource allocation, autoscaling, and workload tuning.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, platform, and application performance issues.
Analyze and resolve memory-related issues including OOMKill events, container resource bottlenecks, and runtime performance challenges.
Manage and optimize serverless workloads including AWS Lambda and ECS/Fargate services.
Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CloudFormation.
Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines and automation processes.
Monitor platform health using Splunk, Grafana, and related observability tools.
Support incident, problem, change, and CAPA management activities following ITIL best practices.
