Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store appearance, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a seamless retail experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesOverseeing day-to-day store/Cafe operations and achieving sales, profitability targets and handling a team of 3-4 Staff.Maintain high standards of store hygiene, cleanliness, and visual merchandising (VM) to ensure an exceptional brand experience.Deliver a premium, 5-star, and personalized experience to every customer, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.Manage inventory processes including stock receiving, replenishment, transfers, and daily SKU reconciliation.Support café and retail operations while ensuring product quality, service excellence, and compliance with company SOPs.Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.Coordinate effectively with central teams, factory,



and head office for stock planning, order fulfillment, and operational support.Handle end-of-day store closing procedures including cash management, reconciliation, and reporting.Participate in brand promotions, local marketing initiatives, and customer engagement activities to drive footfall and sales.Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote retention, referrals, and repeat purchases.Develop leadership, operational, and communication skills through structured training and on-ground mentorship.
Other RequirementsMBA/PGDM/PGPM in Business, Retail, Hospitality, or related fields.Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Well-groomed, confident, and qualified in appearance.Demonstrates a sense of responsibility, ownership, and discipline.Open to flexible and rotational shifts, including weekends and festive seasons.Passionate about retail, customer service, and sustainable products.
