The University seeks an experienced and entrepreneurial leader to build and lead this function from the ground up.

Position Summary

The Head – Executive Education & MDP will be responsible for establishing, scaling, and managing JKLU's Executive Education and Management Development Programs business. The role requires a blend of business development, program design, corporate relationship management, academic coordination and operational leadership.

The incumbent will drive revenue generation while building JKLU's reputation as a preferred learning partner.

Key Responsibilities





Strategic Leadership & Institution Building
Establish and lead JKLU's Executive Education and MDP function as a strategic business unit.
Develop the vision, growth roadmap, operating model, and annual business plans for the vertical.
Create a portfolio of executive learning offerings aligned with evolving industry requirements.
Position JKLU as a trusted partner for executive learning and corporate capability development.

Business Development & Corporate Relations
Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, CHROs, Learning Heads, Business Leaders, Industry Associations, Government Bodies, PSUs, and Family Businesses.
Identify recent business opportunities and generate revenue through customized and open-enrolment programs.
Develop a strong pipeline of corporate clients and strategic partners.
Lead proposal development, pricing, negotiations, contract closure, and account management.
