Role Description The HR Associate role at Leanwatts is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The HR Associate will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, coordinating interviews, and managing HR documentation. The role involves handling attendance and leave tracking, supporting payroll inputs, and assisting in benefits administration. The HR Associate will help organize training sessions, employee engagement activities,



and ensure adherence to HR policies and statutory compliance. This position works closely with management and team members to foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-focused work environment.

Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or Talent Acquisition role.

Qualifications
Strong knowledge of core HR functions, including recruitment support, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement.
Ability to manage HR documentation, maintain accurate employee records, and support payroll and compliance activities.
Proficiency with HRIS or HR-related software, MS Office tools, and basic data handling and reporting.
Effective communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with a collaborative and professional approach.
