Role Description
The Presales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for engaging prospective clients, understanding their business and technical requirements, and demonstrating how iDesign.Market’s platform addresses their needs through tailored presentations and product demos. The Presales Manager will collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to design solution proposals,



support RFP responses, and contribute to deal strategy. Day-to-day activities include conducting discovery calls, preparing proof-of-concept configurations, coordinating with implementation teams on feasibility, and providing feedback to product management based on client interactions. The role also involves maintaining a robust understanding of industry trends, supporting training for the sales team, and ensuring a smooth handover from presales to project execution.

Qualifications

Strong presales and sales skills, with experience in solution selling and supporting the full sales cycle.
Consulting-oriented approach, with the ability to analyze client workflows and recommend tailored platform solutions.
Project Management capabilities to coordinate demos, proofs of concept, and cross-functional activities.
