We’re looking for a hands-on IoT Engineer who enjoys building products and is passionate about both firmware and hardware.

>> YOUR ROLES

i) Firmware Development (65%)
Develop embedded firmware in C/C++ using ESP32, STM32 and other Linux hardwares.
Build reliable IoT communication using MQTT, Modbus, RS485, Wi-Fi, LTE/4G, Ethernet, BLE, LoRaWAN and Thread.
Develop on emerging protocols in the energy and smart-home domain, such as Matter, EEbus, Home assistant, Tasmota, etc.
Develop OTA updates, watchdogs, remote diagnostics, device logging and recovery mechanisms.
Conduct firmware debugging, field testing, root-cause analysis and continuous reliability improvements.

ii) Hardware Development (35%)
Build prototypes with dev boards to test the use-cases and define requirement list for custom hardware design
Collaborate on schematics,



component selection, PCB assembly and enclosure development
Drive towards product-market readiness on certification, technical documentation and low-volume production
Able to visit pilot sites for hardware deployments and testing, whenever needed

>> WHAT YOU BRING

1–3 years of hands-on experience building embedded or IoT products.
Robust programming skills in C/C++ and experience with ESP32, STM32
Exposure to Python and Embedded Linux-based edge hardware such as Raspberry Pi, RISC-V SBCs, NVIDIA Jetson or similar platforms.
Experience with communication protocols including MQTT, Modbus, RS485, UART, SPI, I²C, CAN, Wi-Fi, LTE, BLE or LoRaWAN.
Good understanding of embedded hardware, sensors and communication modules.
Bonus if bring know-how in Industrial IoT, Smart Metering, Solar or Energy Management Systems
