Role Description The New Product Development role at A.V. Fasteners is a full-time, on-site position based in Rohtak. The individual in this role will lead and support the design, development, and optimization of current fastener products, from concept through production launch. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and technical research, collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality,



and sales), preparing and reviewing technical specifications, and managing prototypes and testing activities. The role also involves monitoring project timelines, documenting development processes, coordinating with suppliers as needed, and ensuring products meet performance, safety, and quality standards. This position requires hands-on involvement on the shop floor, regular communication with stakeholders, and continuous improvement of existing product lines.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, evaluate performance, and support decision-making.
Experience in Research and Development (R&D;), including product testing, materials evaluation, and process improvement.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, presenting technical information, and preparing clear documentation.
