Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior HR Executive who is passionate about recruitment and building great teams. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of HR experience who enjoys interacting with candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting end-to-end hiring while gaining exposure to broader HR functions.
Approximately 60–70% of the role will focus on recruitment, with the remaining responsibilities covering HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Prepare and roll out offer letters.
Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding activities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and generate hiring reports.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.




Assist with onboarding and induction programs.
Support attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Draft HR letters and employee communication.
Assist with employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Ensure HR records are maintained accurately and confidentially.
Support HR compliance and policy implementation.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in Recruitment or HR.
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or other job portals is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a quick-paced environment.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong ownership.
