About the Role
Hiteshi Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end
delivery of enterprise software development projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong
background in IT services and hands-on experience managing web, mobile application, and
custom software development projects.
This role requires a proactive leader who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, mentor
Technical Leads and cross-functional teams, build strong client relationships, and ensure
successful project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer
satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
● Lead end-to-end planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of multiple
software development projects.
● Manage web, mobile application, custom software, and enterprise application
development projects simultaneously.
● Collaborate with Sales and Solution Teams during estimation,



effort analysis, proposal
reviews, and project planning activities.
● Validate project scope, assumptions, dependencies, and delivery feasibility before
project kickoff.
● Participate in post-sales discussions and client handover meetings to understand project
scope, clarify requirements, provide delivery inputs, and ensure a seamless transition
from Sales to Project Execution.
● Understand client requirements and translate them into well-defined project plans,
timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
● Lead, mentor, and guide Technical Leads and cross-functional development teams to
achieve high performance.
● Own client relationships by conducting regular meetings, providing project updates,
managing expectations, gathering feedback, and ensuring high customer satisfaction
(CSAT).
● Plan and manage project timelines, resource allocation, budgets, scope, risks,
dependencies, and escalations.
