Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our partnerships ecosystem. This is a full time, hybrid role based in Mumbai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and managing client relationships, and leading end-to-end sales efforts — from prospecting to closure.



You will play a key role in shaping how brands engage with culture through Crowd Control’s offerings.
Key responsibilities include:
Driving new business development and revenue growth
Building and nurturing strong client relationships across industries
Leading sales pitches, presentations, and proposal development
Managing and optimising the sales pipeline
Identifying market trends and translating them into actionable opportunities
Collaborating with internal teams (strategy, content, partnerships) to deliver integrated solutions
Meeting and exceeding defined sales targets

Qualifications & Experience

3+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within creative agencies, media, or brand partnerships
Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and grow accounts
Strong understanding of culture-led marketing across music, fashion, sports, and entertainment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
