We are looking for a strategic, creative, and highly driven Head – Corporate Communications to lead AGGCON’s corporate communications, brand positioning, executive communications, media relations, content, and digital presence. The ideal candidate will work closely with the CMD and senior management to strengthen AGGCON’s corporate image and establish its leadership as a prominent voice within the infrastructure and equipment rental industry.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute AGGCON’s overall corporate communications, brand positioning, reputation, and image-building strategy.




Build and strengthen the public positioning of the CMD and senior leadership as credible industry leaders and thought leaders.
Identify relevant industry trends, topics, and perspectives and develop original thought-leadership ideas for the CMD and senior management.
Research, conceptualize, write, and edit articles, LinkedIn posts, opinion pieces, speeches, talking points, interviews, presentations, and leadership communications.
Manage the skilled social media presence of the CMD, senior management, and AGGCON across relevant digital platforms.
Build and maintain relationships with national and international media, identifying opportunities for interviews, features, articles, industry commentary, and other strategic media exposure.
Prepare talking points, briefing notes, speeches, and communication material for conferences, panel discussions, media interactions, and industry events.
