WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Engineering team health end-to-end: onboarding, mentoring, performance, and growth — with early flags and fixes, not just reviews.
Engineering standards and practices — code quality, architecture decisions, testing discipline, and technical documentation across every team.
Engineering metrics and OKRs — velocity, quality, and team health — giving leadership a real-time, data-driven view of engineering performance.
AI-native engineering — embedding AI tools into code review, testing, debugging, and daily engineering workflows.
A peer partnership with the Director of Delivery and Technical Project Managers: aligning delivery timelines with engineering capacity.
Technical credibility — hands-on in code and architecture reviews, holding real opinions on trade-offs and unafraid to jump into the codebase.
WHAT YOU BRING
7+ years in software engineering, including 2+ years directly managing or leading engineers (not just informal tech-lead influence).
People-management instincts by nature: hiring,



performance management, mentorship, and career development.
Solid hands-on technical background — able to review code, debate architecture, and step into the codebase when needed.
AI-native today, or clear daily momentum with tools like Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or ChatGPT — with a vision for embedding AI into how your team builds.
Bonus: experience scaling engineering teams in a services/consulting environment, US-India distributed team experience, or HealthTech/FinTech/Construction Tech exposure.
