About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven Enterprise Sales Manager – AI Platform (Banking &
Financial Services) to drive the adoption of Newron’s AI-powered platforms across Banks, NBFCs,
Housing Finance Companies, and Financial Institutions.




This is a consultative enterprise sales role where you will engage with CXOs and business leaders,
understand customer challenges, position AI-led solutions, and manage the complete sales
lifecycle—from prospecting to deal closure.
You will work closely with the founders, product specialists, and engineering teams to help
financial institutions accelerate their digital transformation through AI.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across Banks, NBFCs, HFCs, and
Financial Institutions.
• Build relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders including CIOs, CDOs, CROs, CBOs,
Heads of Lending, Credit, Operations, and Digital Transformation.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer business challenges and digital
transformation priorities.
• Position Newron’s AI-powered platforms as strategic business solutions.
• Coordinate product demo
