Role Overview
We are looking for an HR professional whose primary expertise is recruitment and talent acquisition.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete hiring process, from understanding manpower requirements and sourcing candidates to conducting initial interviews, coordinating final discussions, and ensuring successful joining.
The candidate should also have a basic understanding of other HR functions such as payroll coordination, attendance, onboarding, employee documentation, and HR operations. However, the major focus of this role will be hiring and building a strong team for HealthSense.





Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment and Talent Acquisition
Understand hiring requirements from department heads and management.
Create clear job descriptions for different positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Evaluate candidates based on experience, communication, stability, skills, salary expectations, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and department heads.
Manage salary discussions, offer negotiations, and offer letter issuance.
Regularly follow up with selected candidates during their notice period.
Reduce candidate dropouts and improve the offer-to-joining ratio.
Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.
Build a strong database of suitable candidates across different departments.
