We’re Hiring: Senior Media Buyer (Hardcore D2C Scaling Expert)
Most media buyers are just dashboard managers. They launch a campaign, bump the budget by 20%, wait three days, and tell the founder "the algorithm needs time." We aren’t looking for a dashboard manager.
We are looking for a hardcore D2C scaling expert. We need a lethal Media Buyer who understands that running ads is no longer just about audience targeting—it’s about offer creation, unit economics, and creative strategy. If you know how to take a brand from ₹10L/month to ₹1Cr/month without tanking the Contribution Margin, we want you at the helm.
What You’ll Be Doing (The Real Work):
Aggressive Account Scaling: You will own the Meta and Google ad accounts for scaling D2C brands. Your mandate is to push budgets to the absolute limit while strictly protecting the baseline CPA and ROAS targets.
Unit Economics Obsession: You don't just report on CTR and CPMs. You make buying decisions based on Contribution Margin (CM3), Average Order Value (AOV), and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) payback periods.




The Creative Feedback Loop: Media buying is a creative game now. You will relentlessly analyze ad performance, identify exactly why a hook failed or succeeded, and feed sharp, actionable data back to the creative and video teams to produce the next batch of winning assets.
Rapid Testing Infrastructure: You will build and execute high-velocity testing frameworks. You know how to isolate variables (audiences, offers, creatives, landing pages) to find winning combinations without burning through cash.
Cross-Funnel CRO Alignment: You understand that a outstanding ad is useless if the landing page leaks traffic. You will work directly with the Shopify/Web team to ensure your traffic is landing on highly optimized, high-converting pages.

You are a battle-tested D2C veteran. You have personally managed massive monthly budgets and have the screenshots to prove it.
