Role Overview:
As a BFSI Events Sales Manager at The Digital Fifth, you will play a pivotal role in driving sponsorship sales for our flagship events Bharat Fintech Summit (www.bharatfintechsummit.com), India Insurtech Summit (www.Indiainsurtechsummit.com) and any other event that the company may deem fit to organize. The role requires strong understanding of BFSI tech product, ability to dirve content integration discussion, idea newer ways of product communication at the event aling with strong commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and a deep interest in the BFSI technology landscape. You will manage sponsorship sales engage senior stakeholders, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful outcomes. In a fast-paced environment, you must be proactive, research-driven, and comfortable managing multiple clients and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Event Sponsorships sales and Product positioning deals
Manage the full sponsorship sales cycle—research, outreach, solutioning, pricing, negotiation, and closure.




Build and maintain a solid pipeline of new and renewal sponsors, drive YoY growth.
Partner with Events & Marketing on inventory, packaging, and sponsor success.
Prepare tailored proposals aligned to BFSI priorities and partner objectives.
Some customers may like to engage beyond events and plan webinars, reports, white papers etc.,
Eligible candidate must be able to identify potential customers who will be keen to engage with us beyond event and convert them as long term customers.

2. Solutions You Will Sell & Deliver
Sponsorships and partnerships for Bharat Fintech Summit (BFS) and India InsurTech Summit (IIS) and any other event the company may deem fit to organize.
Longer term engagement sales for product positioning for brands.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:
Event sponsorship sales, B2B event sponsorship sales will be an added advantage.
Understanding of technology products will be useful.
Familiarity with banking
