Position Title: Backend CRM Executive – Database & Systems

Location: DGS Sheetal Kiara, Teen Dongri, Goregaon (West), Mumbai

Preferred Residence: Malad, Kandivali, or Goregaon (West)

Work Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Fixed Shift)

Reporting To: CRM Manager / Operations Head

Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience)

Joining: Immediate to 30 days

Role Summary

The Backend CRM Executive owns the integrity, flow, and reporting of all customer and lead data across DGS Group projects. This role manages data ingestion from field sourcing and digital channels, conducts database cleaning, tracks lead allocation, monitors follow-up compliance, and generates daily operational MIS for management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Ingestion & Allocation: Centralize incoming leads from Sourcing Executives, digital marketing,



and channel partners; assign them systematically to closing teams.
Data Hygiene & Verification: Clean, deduplicate, and validate lead records in the CRM software/DGS Master Sheets.
Follow-up Auditing: Track whether closing managers and tele-teams complete assigned follow-ups on time, flagging aged or stagnant leads.
MIS & Performance Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead-to-footfall conversion, sourcing efficiency, and source-wise ROI.
Documentation Support: Maintain records for client bookings, verification documents, and payment schedules in coordination with the post-sales desk.
System Maintenance: Manage user permissions, tag project inventory, and update unit availability statuses in real time.
