Role Description The Manager – Tenancy Management Services will oversee end-to-end tenancy management for corporate clients, including lease negotiations, documentation, renewals, and terminations. The role involves coordinating with landlords,



tenants, and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, property handover, maintenance, and issue resolution. The manager will monitor compliance with local regulations, manage tenancy-related records, and prepare periodic reports for clients and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities also include supervising on-site staff, optimizing service quality, and supporting the setup and management of service apartments under the ICHIRI brand. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, requiring regular client interaction and property visits.
Qualifications
Solid tenancy and property management skills, including lease administration, documentation, and landlord–tenant coordination.
Experience in client servicing and relationship management, preferably with international or Japanese corporate clients.
Solid organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail
