We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day production activities and ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and time.
Job Summary
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for supervising production operations, managing shop-floor manpower, ensuring production targets are achieved, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring that production activities are completed safely and on schedule.
The ideal candidate should have strong people-management, production planning, problem-solving, coordination, and follow-up skills and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities1.



Production Planning & Execution
Plan and supervise daily production activities based on production requirements and project schedules.
Allocate work to production workers according to their skills and workload.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned timelines.
Monitor production progress throughout the day and take corrective action when required.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and production resources.
Coordinate with the Production Manager/Head of Production regarding daily production priorities.
2. Manpower Management
Supervise and manage production workers and operators on the shop floor.
Allocate manpower effectively based on production requirements.
Monitor attendance, punctuality, discipline, productivity, and work performance.
Ensure employees follow company rules, work instructions, and safety procedures.
