Experience: 3–5 years
Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Project Engineer to oversee our ongoing
construction projects across Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong site knowledge,
positive coordination skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
Regularly visit project sites and monitor construction quality and progress.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality
standards.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Identify site issues, suggest practical solutions, and follow through until they are resolved.
Provide clear and timely updates on progress, delays, concerns, and decisions required.
Maintain site records, reports, measurements, and relevant documentation.
Support project planning and help ensure work is completed within agreed timelines.
Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and work effectively with the wider team.

3–5 years of relevant experience in building construction and site supervision.
Good knowledge of construction drawings, materials, workmanship, and site processes.
Honest, trustworthy, hardworking, and responsible.
Proactive, hands-on, and willing to take initiative.
Able to work independently without constant supervision or follow-up.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
A positive team player who is willing to learn and grow with the company.
Computer skills : MS Office, Autocad, ERP etc
