We are looking for a creative, proactive, and hardworking Social Media & In-house Marketing
Executive to support our day-to-day content and digital marketing activities.
You will work closely with the Marketing Head to develop content ideas, create simple and
engaging social media content, and communicate the company’s projects and values clearly.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing content ideas for the company and its projects.
Plan content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Visit project sites to shoot videos, photographs, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.
Edit basic videos and short-form Reels for social media.
Create simple social media posts, stories, and carousels using tools such as Canva.
Write basic captions and on-screen text in clear English.
Schedule, upload, and publish content across social media platforms.
Ensure content is posted accurately and according to the agreed schedule.
Follow current social media trends, formats, music, and platform updates.




Suggest how relevant trends can be adapted appropriately for the company’s brand.
Organise and maintain the company’s photo, video, and content library.
Coordinate with internal teams, project teams, designers, and external agencies when
required.
Monitor basic content performance and identify what can be improved.
Support other in-house marketing activities, campaigns, events, and project launches.

What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field.
Good working knowledge of major social media platforms, with hands-on experience in content creation, on-site video shooting, basic reel editing, publishing and performance tracking.
Comfortable using tools such as Canva and basic video-editing applications.
Able and willing to travel to project sites across Bangalore for content shoots.
Creative, observant, and interested in current digital trends.
